I cannot believe I am about to graduate with my BFA in Illustration! The saying time flies is an understatement. It was just yesterday that I was walking across the stage at my high school graduation and now four years later I am getting ready to walk across the stage at my college graduation. My time at SCAD has taught me so much as an artist and improved my work immensely. I am so grateful for all the support through the years from my family, friends, and professors. I can honestly say attending SCAD was one of the best decisions of my life.
I am beyond excited to announce that I will be starting an internship with Disney after graduation. This internship is another great opportunity for me to move forward in my career as an illustrator. Working for Disney will not only be a great experience, but it will be a nice aid for inspiration for artwork to add into my portfolio.
College and internships are only stepping stones into my successful future ahead. I don't know exactly what's in store for me, but I am excited to take the ride. The journey has just begun, so stay tuned.
